The Personal Insurance Company will be phasing out the use of the Western Direct Insurance brand with regards to its home and auto insurance policies.
The brand is changing from Western Direct Insurance to The Personal Insurance Company. However, the insurer (The Personal) will continue to be the same as it was under the Western Direct Insurance Program.
What does this mean?
There will be no changes to the terms and conditions of your policy and as such, no action is required on your part. Your day-to-day policy and account transactions will remain the same. Should you need to contact us to make a change to your policy or, if you need to report a claim, you can continue to reach us at 1-855-674-6338.
On renewal, you will be receiving a new policy which will reflect the new brand (The Personal) and a new policy number.
